Nyman finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Nyman defeated Loris Caccivio (Basel, SUI) 6-1, then won 8-3 against Mathias Genner (Kitzbuehel, AUT). Nyman went on to lose 8-2 against Jan Iseli (Solothurn , SUI). Nyman lost 9-2 to Gian Wildhaber (Aarau, SUI) where Nyman responded with a 7-1 win over Sergio Vez (San Sebastian, ESP) in their final qualifying round match.

Nyman earned 4.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the SWISSCURLING Prometteurs Cup. For week 10 of the event schedule, Nyman did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Nyman ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
