Felix Luethold (Wildhaus, SUI) finished 2-3 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Luethold lost 7-4 to Manuel Jermann (Basel, SUI), droppimg another game, 9-4 to Jan Klossner (Lausanne, SUI). Luethold lost 5-3 to Andrin Schnider (Limmattal, SUI) where Luethold responded with a 7-6 win over Sixten Totzek (Fuessen, GER). Luethold won 8-4 against Eddy Mercier (Megeve, FRA) in their final qualifying round match.

Luethold earned 1.125 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 10 of the event schedule, Luethold did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Luethold ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
