Kim/Lee won 10-5 against Suhyeon Kim/JaeBeom Lee (Uiseong, KOR), then won 10-7 against Jisoo Kim/Taewoo Kim (Jeonbuk, KOR). Kim/Lee went on to lose 9-3 against Jin Hee Ahn/Jongduk Park (Seoul, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.
