Chloe Johnston/Matthew Drewitz (Saskatoon, SK) finished 3-3 in the 22-team qualifying round. . Johnston/Drewitz went on to lose 10-2 against Jill Springer/Garret Springer (Regina, SK) to drop into a C-Qualifier game where they lost 8-5 to Jessica Lang/Matt Lang (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

For week 29 of the event schedule, Johnston/Drewitz did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
