Samuel Strouse (Minneapolis, MN) finished 4-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Strouse lost 4-2 to Ethan Sampson (Chaska, MN), then responded with a 9-4 win over Wesley Wendling (Chaska, MN). Strouse won 8-3 against Caden Hebert (Eau Claire, WI), then won 7-3 against Wendling and 4-3 against Sampson. Strouse went on to lose 6-4 against Hebert in their final qualifying round match.

Strouse earned 1.500 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 10 of the event schedule, Strouse did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Strouse ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
