Mewers finished 3-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mewers defeated Abbey Carlson (Huntsville, AL) 8-6, then won 8-7 against Rhiannon Avery (Boise, ID). Mewers went on to lose 9-4 against Katie Feldman (Roseville, CA). Mewers lost 8-1 to Jennifer Asis (San Jose, CA) where Mewers responded with a 17-8 win over Flannery Allison (St Louis, MS) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Mewers ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
