To advance to the championship game, Greenhough won 8-3 over Alberta's Sophie Abbs in the semifinals of the 2024 Lacombe U18 Women in Lacombe, Alberta, Canada;
 
Greenhough finished 2-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Greenhough defeated Abby Desormeau (Leduc, AB) 8-3, then won 6-5 against Marisa Lilienskold (Lloydminster, AB). Greenhough went on to lose 8-7 against Deschiffart in their final qualifying round match.
