Felix Asselin (Montreal, QC) won 6-1 over Dan Elie (Mont-Bruno, QC) in the Final of the Classic Baie d'Urfe, held January 2 - 5, 2025 at the Baie d'Urfé Curling Club in Baie d'Urfé, Canada. Advancing directly to the semifinals, Asselin won 4-3 over Emilia Gagne (Quebec, QC) to advance to the championship game.  of the 2025 Classic Baie d'Urfe in Baie d'Urfé, Quebec, Canada;   of the 2025 Classic Baie d'Urfe in Baie d'Urfé, Quebec, Canada; 
 
Asselin finished 3-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Asselin defeated Simon Laroche (Lacolle, QC) 11-1, then won 7-4 against Frederic Lawton (Baie d'Urfe, QC) and 8-2 against Guillaume Rousseau (Riviere-du-Loup, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Classic Baie d'Urfe Championship title, Asselin earned 3.750 world rankings points along with the $1,420CDN first prize cheque. Asselin move up 1 spots after posting a net gain of -7.633 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 41st overall with 85.704 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Asselin ranks 43rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 62.938 points earned so far this season.
