Vilmer Nygren (Sundbyberg, SWE) won 6-2 over Edvin Trygg (Karlstad, SWE) in the Final Nygren advanced directly to the championship game after finishing first in the preliminary round. of the Swedish World Qualifier, held November 1 - 3, 2024 in Mjolby, Sweden.

Nygren finished 4-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Nygren defeated Joel Nallgaard (Leksand, SWE) 4-3, then won 11-1 against Ivan Almeling (Almeling, SWE) and 9-2 against Trygg. Nygren won 8-3 against Simon Lindberg (Mjolby, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swedish World Qualifier Championship title, Nygren earned 3.750 world rankings points, moving up 113 spots the World Ranking Standings into 216th place overall with 4.954 total points. Nygren ranks 160th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 3.938 points earned so far this season.
