Stewart finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stewart defeated Ed Barr (Winnipeg, MB) 6-2, then went on to lose 7-4 against Steve Irwin (Brandon, MB). Stewart responded with a 8-2 win over Travis Gregory (Hamiota, MB). Stewart won 8-7 against Jace Freeman (Virden, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Brandon Berth Bonspiel, Stewart take home 2.750 world rankings points along with the $1,000CDN prize. For week 24 of the event schedule, Stewart did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
