To advance to the championship game, Granbom won 6-3 over Axel Landelius (Mjolby, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2025 Swedish Curling Championships in ; and won 7-2 over Vilmer Nygren (Harnosand, SWE) in the quarterfinals.

Granbom finished 2-1 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Granbom defeated Nygren 8-1, then went on to lose 4-3 against Johan Nygren (Umea, SWE). Granbom responded with a 7-6 win over Jordan Wahlin (Linkoeping, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.
