Holt Reaches 2025 Booster Juice World Junior Mixed Doubles Curling Championship Quarters

Heidi Holt (Bismarck, USA) qualified for the 2025 Booster Juice World Junior Mixed Doubles Curling Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-1 against Lucrezia Grande (Trentino, ITA).

Holt finished 5-1 in the 29-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Holt defeated Holly Douglas (Perth, AUS) 14-2, then won 9-3 against Melissa Sampaio (Sao Paolo, BRA) and 6-5 against Emma Erzsebet Szurmay (Budapest, HUN). Holt won 7-6 against Ziru Li (Beijing, CHN), then won 12-7 against Emma Mueller (Kitzbuehel, AUT). Holt went on to lose 8-2 against Robyn Munro (Stirliing, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Holt earned 1.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Booster Juice World Junior Mixed Doubles Curling Championship. For week 41 of the event schedule, Holt did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Holt ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
