Stefano Perucca (Pinerolo, ITA) 8-2, then won 10-1 against Alberto Pimpini (Pinerolo, ITA) and 9-4 against Stefano Spiller (Bormio, ITA). Retornaz won 8-1 against Stefano Gilli (Pinerolo, ITA). Retornaz went on to lose 6-4 against Giacomo Colli (Trentino, ITA). Retornaz responded with a 5-2 win over Spiller in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Italian National Curling Championship Championship title, Retornaz earned 15.000 world rankings points, remaining in 11th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 7.5 after improving upon their best so far this season. Retornaz ranks 11th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 210.375 points earned so far this season.
