To advance to the championship game, Burnett won 6-5 over Ryne Fisher (Port Perry, ON) in the semifinals of the 2025 OFSAA Boys Curling Championship in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada; and won 10-4 over Adam Schell (Barrie, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2025 OFSAA Boys Curling Championship in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada;
 
Burnett finished 4-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Burnett defeated Kain Cristofaro (Thunder Bay, ON) 9-2, then won 7-5 against Ethan Gottdank (Toronto, ON) and 9-2 against Jake Crawford (Sudbury, ON). Burnett won 7-3 against Amy Peelar (King City, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
