Pierre-Olivier Roy (Quebec, QC) finished 2-6 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Roy lost 9-3 to Isaiah Dalton (Cornwall, PEI), droppimg another game, 9-8 to Dylan Derksen (Saskatoon, SK) where Roy responded with a 8-2 win over Riley Winters (North Bay, NO). Roy won 10-4 against Tyler MacTavish (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON). Roy went on to lose 6-3 against Zach Davies (Edmonton, AB). Roy lost 8-7 to Nash Sugden (Morden, MB). Roy lost 7-6 to Chris Parkinson (Comox Valley, BC). Roy lost 8-3 to Zach Atherton (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.

Roy earned 0.375 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 35 of the event schedule, Roy did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Roy ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
