In their opening game, Joyce defeated Chris Mass (Weyburn, SK) 8-2, then went on to lose 9-4 against Bruce Korte (Saskatoon, SK). Joyce responded with a 9-3 win over Brad Bibby (Prince Albert, SK). Joyce went on to lose 9-1 against Randy Bryden (Regina, SK). Joyce responded with a 6-5 win over Mass to advance to the C-Qualifier where they 6-2 against Jim Nikolejsin (Weyburn, SK) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

Joyce ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
