Jim Nikolejsin (Weyburn, SK) finished 3-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Nikolejsin defeated Brad Bibby (Prince Albert, SK) 8-4, then won 5-4 against Randy Bryden (Regina, SK). Nikolejsin went on to lose 5-1 against Jeff Hartung (Langenburg, SK). Nikolejsin lost 6-0 to Bryden where Nikolejsin responded with a 5-4 win over Blaine Duncan (Saskatoon, SK) to advance to a C-Qualifier game where they lost 6-2 against Shawn Joyce (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Nikolejsin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
