Kelly Knapp (Regina, SK) won 5-0 over Steve Laycock (Swift Current, SK) in the Final of the S3 Group Curling Stadium Series, held October 24 - 26 at the Swift Current Curling Club in Swift Current, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Knapp won 6-2 over Carl deConinck Smith (Fox Valley, SK) in the semifinals of the S3 Group Curling Stadium Series in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 7-1 over Randy Bryden (Regina, SK) in the quarterfinals. of the S3 Group Curling Stadium Series in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada;
Knapp finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Knapp defeated Rory McCusker (Regina, SK) 8-5, then won 7-0 against Brayden Heistad (Saskatoon, SK) and 6-4 against Bryden. Knapp won 7-5 against Dylan Derksen (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the S3 Group Curling Stadium Series Championship title, Knapp earned 14.250 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 14 of the event schedule, Knapp did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Knapp ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
