Tirinzoni finished 3-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI) 6-2, then won 10-1 against Julia Markle (Toronto, ON) and 9-3 against Scharf in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Stu Sells Toronto Tankard, Tirinzoni take home 38.500 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN prize, remaining in 2nd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 5.5 after improving upon their best so far this season.
