To advance to the championship game, Reese-Hansen won 7-6 over Xenia Schwaller (Zurich, SUI) in the semifinals of the Autumn Gold Curling Classic in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada; and won 7-4 over Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN) in the quarterfinals. of the Autumn Gold Curling Classic in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada;
Reese-Hansen finished 4-0 in the 28-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Reese-Hansen defeated Selena Sturmay (Edmonton, AB) 6-3, then won 7-2 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) and 6-4 against Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, GBR) to advance to the A-Qualifier where they 6-4 against Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Autumn Gold Curling Classic, Reese-Hansen take home 38.500 world rankings points along with the $8,200CDN prize. Reese-Hansen move up 12 spots after posting a net gain of 28.398 points improving upon their best 3 results so far this season, ranking 28th overall with 112.483 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
