Young1-3 at MCT Border Cup

Charlie Young (Minot, ND) finished 1-3 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Young lost 5-4 to Porter Rokke (Fargo, ND), droppimg another game, 10-2 to Allan Hemstad (Fargo, ND) where Young responded with a 5-4 win over Lily Rokke (Fargo, ND). Young went on to lose 7-2 against William Jordan (St. Paul, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

Young earned 0.225 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 11 of the event schedule, Young did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Young ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
