To advance to the championship game, Craig/Craig won 9-6 over Katie Ford/Oliver Campbell (Waterloo, ON) in the semifinals of the Northern Credit Union Mixed Doubles Open in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada; and won 7-4 over McKenna Nathan/Tanner Nathan (Sarnia, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the Northern Credit Union Mixed Doubles Open in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada;

Craig/Craig finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Craig/Craig defeated JoAnne Forget/Charlie Robert (North bay, NO) 6-4, then went on to lose 8-7 against Carrie Robertson/Alex Robertson (Palmerston, ON). Craig/Craig responded with a 10-9 win over Meaghan Mallett/Brendan Jackson (Ottawa, ON). Craig/Craig won 7-6 against Michelle MacLeod/Matthew Hunt (Sault Ste Marie, NO), then won 8-2 against Nathan/Nathan in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Northern Credit Union Mixed Doubles Open Championship title, Craig/Craig earned 17.250 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN first prize cheque.
