Charlotte Wilson (Ottawa, ON) run at the 2025 Ontario U20 Junior Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 10-6 loss to Katrina Frlan (Carp, ON).
 
Wilson finished 6-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wilson lost 5-4 to Dominique Vivier (Oakville, ON), then responded with a 12-3 win over Katelin Langford (Peterborough, ON). Wilson won 7-5 against Ava Acres (Ottawa, ON), then won 6-4 against Emma Penston (Barrie, ON) and 10-0 against Lillianne Wrigley (Oshawa, ON). Wilson won 9-2 against Frlan, then won 10-4 against Hailey Brittain (Mississauga, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
