Abbs finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Abbs defeated Alberta's Evelyn Larter 7-1, then won 9-1 against Callie Padget (Okotoks, AB) and 11-4 against Alberta's Katherine Sipka. Abbs went on to lose 5-2 against Androschuk in their final qualifying round match.
