Harrison Hrynew (New Westminster, BC) won 11-4 over Owen Jaeger (Kelowna, BC) in the Final of the BC U20 Provincials Mens Curling Championships, held December 30 - January 4 at the Esquimalt Curling Club in Victoria, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Hrynew won 8-3 over Keiran Stephan (Victoria, BC) in the semifinals of the BC U20 Provincials Mens Curling Championships in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Hrynew are currently . In their opening game, Hrynew plays Nicholas White (Nanaimo/Parksville/Comox, BC) on Wednesday at 10pm Stephan on Thursday at 12pm and Evan Isaac (Kelowna, BC) at 5pm and Evan Isaac (Kelowna, BC) at 5pm.
 
For winning the BC U20 Provincials Mens Curling Championships Championship title, Hrynew earned 3.750 world rankings points.
