Betker went on to lose 5-3 against Cathy Inglis (Regina, SK). Betker responded with a 6-3 win over Rokochy in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Casino Regina Classic Championship title, Betker earned 68.000 world rankings points along with the $7,000CDN first prize cheque. For week of the event schedule, Betker did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Betker ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
