Streifel lost 8-7 to Lois Fowler (Brandon, MB) where Streifel responded with a 7-5 win over Nancy Inglis (Regina, SK). Streifel won 7-6 against Johnson. Streifel went on to lose 9-6 against Carla Rokochy (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
