Sean Geall (New Westminster, BC) qualified for the 2010 Cactus Pheasant Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 4-1 against Kevin Martin (Edmonton, AB).

Geall finished 5-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Geall lost 6-5 to Robert Schlender (Edmonton, AB), then responded with a 7-5 win over Scott Egger (Brooks, AB). Geall won 8-2 against Brock Virtue (Calgary, AB), then won 7-4 against Mike McEwen (Winnipeg, MB). Geall went on to lose 7-5 against Brent Bawel (Calgary, AB). Geall responded with a 5-4 win over Kevin Park (Winnipeg, MB). Geall won 6-4 against Schlender in their final qualifying round match.

Geall earned 15.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Cactus Pheasant Classic. For week 8 of the event schedule, Geall did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Geall ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
