Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO) won 8-3 over Bingyu Wang (Harbin, CHN) in the Final of the Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic, held October 11 - 14, 2013 at the Calgary Curling Club in Calgary, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Muirhead won 4-3 over Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) in the semifinals of the 2013 Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; and won 7-6 over Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Muirhead finished 4-0 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Muirhead defeated Jessie Kaufman (Spruce Grove, AB) 9-1, then won 7-4 against Cathy Auld (Toronto, ON) and 7-4 against Lisa Eyamie (Grande Prairie, AB). Muirhead won 6-4 against Homan in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic Championship title, Muirhead earned 40.000 world rankings points along with the $14,000CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 3rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 248.545 total points. Muirhead ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 59.450 points earned so far this season.
