Morris won 6-5 against Neil Dangerfield (Victoria, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the CDI BC Provincial Championship Championship title, Morris earned 9.680 world rankings points, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 9th place overall with 229.893 total points.
