To advance to the championship game, Ramsay won 6-5 over Tommy Sullivan (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals of the 2014 DEKALB Superspiel in Morris, Manitoba, Canada; and won 5-2 over Cliff Beaulieu (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2014 DEKALB Superspiel in Morris, Manitoba, Canada;
 
Ramsay finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ramsay defeated Justin Stanus (Winnipeg, MB) 7-3, then won 6-5 against Steen Sigurdson (Winnipeg, MB). Ramsay went on to lose 5-4 against Daley Peters (Winnipeg, MB). Ramsay responded with a 4-3 win over Sullivan in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the DEKALB Superspiel, Ramsay take home 4.725 world rankings points along with the $6,000CDN prize, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 63rd place overall with 24.625 total points. Ramsay ranks 54th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 11.575 points earned so far this season.
