Kelly Scott (Kelowna, BC) lost 5-3 to Ayumi Ogasawara (Sapporo, JPN) in the Final of the Hub International Crown of Curling, held October 17 - 20, 2014 at the Kamloops Curling Club in Kamloops, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Scott won 5-4 over Cissi Ostlund (Karlstad, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2014 Hub International Crown of Curling in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada; and won 6-4 over Alberta's Crystal Webster in the quarterfinals. of the 2014 Hub International Crown of Curling in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Scott finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Scott lost 4-3 to Satsuki Fujisawa (Nagano, JPN), then responded with a 9-4 win over Patti Knezevic (Prince George, BC). Scott won 7-3 against Amanda Russett (Kamloops, BC), then won 5-4 against Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) and 6-4 against EunJung Kim (Uiseong, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Hub International Crown of Curling, Scott take home 7.245 world rankings points along with the $6,000CDN prize, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 28th place overall with 36.265 total points. Scott ranks 26th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 15.295 points earned so far this season.
