To advance to the championship game, Carey won 5-3 over Alberta's Val Sweeting in the semifinals of the 2015 Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; and won 4-3 over Switzerland's Michele Jaeggi in the quarterfinals. of the 2015 Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic in Calgary, Alberta, Canada;
 
Carey finished 5-2 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Carey defeated Alberta's Nadine Chyz 4-2, then won 5-4 against Barb Spencer (Sanford, MB). Carey went on to lose 3-2 against Alberta's Val Sweeting. Carey lost 6-5 to Switzerland's Michele Jaeggi where Carey responded with a 6-3 win over Jessie Kaufman (Edmonton, AB). Carey won 7-4 against Alberta's Nadine Chyz, then won 6-2 against Stefanie Lawton (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic, Carey take home 54.058 world rankings points along with the $10,000CDN prize. For week 8 of the event schedule, Carey did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Carey ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
