Sigfridsson lost 8-4 to Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) where Sigfridsson responded with a 11-5 win over Federica Apollonio (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA). Sigfridsson won 6-2 against Lene Nielsen (Hvidovre, DEN), then won 10-3 against Oona Kauste (Hyvinkaa, FIN). Sigfridsson went on to lose 5-4 against Erika Brown (Madison, USA) in their final qualifying round match.

Sigfridsson earned 10.141 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. Sigfridsson move up 1 spots after posting a net gain of 8.101 points improving upon their best results so far this season, ranking 14th overall with 351.166 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
