Justine Comeau (Fredericton, NB) run at the 2016 Canadian Junior Women's Championship presented by Egg Farmers of Ontario came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-3 loss to Sarah Daniels (New Westminster, BC). of the 2016 Canadian Junior Women's Championship presented by Egg Farmers of Ontario in Stratford, Ontario;

Comeau finished 7-3 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Comeau lost 12-3 to Laurie St-Georges (Laval, QC), then responded with a 17-1 win over Alyssa Meger (Whitehorse, YK). Comeau won 14-5 against Sadie Pinksen (Iqaluit, NU), then won 6-5 against Selena Sturmay (Airdrie, AB) and 8-5 against Megan Smith (Sudbury, NONT). Comeau won 8-6 against Abby Ackland (Winnipeg, MB), then won 8-7 against Kourtney Fesser (Saskatoon, SK). Comeau went on to lose 10-4 against Courtney Auld (Toronto, ON). Comeau lost 11-4 to Mary Fay (Chester, NS) where Comeau responded with a 5-2 win over Daniels in their final qualifying round match.

Comeau earned 10.382 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Canadian Junior Women's Championship presented by Egg Farmers of Ontario. For week of the event schedule, Comeau did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Comeau ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
