Sophie Jackson (Dumfries, SCO) finished 3-4 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jackson defeated Gina Aitken (Edinburgh, SCO) 10-2, then won 12-7 against Katie Murray (Stirling, SCO). Jackson went on to lose 8-1 against Eve Muirhead (Perth, SCO). Jackson lost 13-8 to Karina Aitken (Edinburgh, SCO) where Jackson responded with a 8-7 win over Hannah Fleming (Lockerbie, SCO). Jackson went on to lose 8-3 against Lauren Gray (Stirling, SCO). Jackson lost 7-3 to Lesley Young (Forfar, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Jackson earned 2.608 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 27 of the event schedule, Jackson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Jackson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
