Sigfridsson won 6-4 against Tova Sundberg (Ostersund, SWE), then won 6-1 against Lundman and 6-2 against Ostlund. Sigfridsson went on to lose 7-5 against Norberg. Sigfridsson lost 6-2 to Rudstrom. Sigfridsson lost 6-2 to Hasselborg where Sigfridsson responded with a 8-3 win over Wrana. Sigfridsson won 6-3 against Sundberg in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Swedish Eliteserien Championship title, Sigfridsson earned 15.015 world rankings points, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 13th place overall with 343.065 total points. Sigfridsson ranks 19th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 144.765 points earned so far this season.
