Roth went on to lose 9-6 against Christensen. Roth responded with a 8-5 win over Cristin Clark (Seattle, WA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Molson Cash Spiel Championship title, Roth earned 21.438 world rankings points along with the $2,974CDN first prize cheque, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 30th place overall with 175.364 total points.
