Hall finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hall lost 6-5 to Enman, then responded with a 7-3 win over Christopher Inglis (Toronto, ON). Hall won 6-3 against Josh Leung (Whitby, ON), then won 6-3 against Sam Steep (Seaforth, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
