To advance to the championship game, Park won 6-3 over Scott Garnett (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2017 McKee Homes Fall Curling Classic in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada; and won 7-4 over Josh Lambden (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2017 McKee Homes Fall Curling Classic in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada;
 
Park finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Park defeated Mike Hutchings (Morinville, AB) 6-3, then won 9-1 against Sluchinski. Park went on to lose 8-2 against Garnett. Park responded with a 8-2 win over Jeremy Harty (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the McKee Homes Fall Curling Classic Championship title, Park earned 15.450 world rankings points along with the $3,200CDN first prize cheque, moving up 100 spots the World Ranking Standings into 137th place overall with 23.405 total points. Park ranks 71st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 15.450 points earned so far this season.
