Totzek went on to lose 9-7 against Andrew Stopera (Blaine, USA). Totzek responded with a 8-7 win over Daniel Magnusson (Karlstad, SWE). Totzek went on to lose 4-2 against Tyler Tardi (Langley, CAN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Totzek earned 1.778 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 31 of the event schedule, Totzek did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
