To advance to the championship game, Galusha won 7-6 over Jestyn Murphy (Mississauga, ON) in the semifinals of the 2018 Royal LePage Women's Fall Classic in Kemptville, Ontario, Canada; and won 5-4 over Danielle Inglis (Etobicoke, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2018 Royal LePage Women's Fall Classic in Kemptville, Ontario, Canada;
 
Galusha finished 3-1 in the 23-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Galusha defeated Emma Wallingford (Ottawa, ON) 7-6, then won 8-3 against Selina Witschonke (Luzern, SUI). Galusha went on to lose 6-1 against Murphy. Galusha responded with a 6-5 win over Chrissy Cadorin (Toronto, TOR) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Royal LePage Women's Fall Classic Championship title, Galusha earned 32.767 world rankings points along with the $6,000CDN first prize cheque. Galusha move up 39 spots after posting a net gain of 31.269 points improving upon their best 5 results so far this season, ranking 60th overall with 66.869 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
