In their opening game, Lott lost 7-6 to Kevin Flewwelling (Strathroy, ON), then responded with a 10-4 win over Colin Koivula (Thunder Bay, NONT). Lott went on to lose 5-4 against Jaap van Dorp (Zoetermeer, NED). Lott lost 5-2 to Kirk Muyres (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Lott earned 2.325 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 13 of the event schedule, Lott did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 23rd to 28th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 146.124 total points. Lott ranks 28th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 79.984 points earned so far this season.
