Barry lost 5-2 to Cody Tanaka (Richmond, BC) where Barry responded with a 7-4 win over Brock Virtue (Kerrobert, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Barry earned 6.106 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 60th place overall with 76.067 total points. Barry ranks 51st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 51.051 points earned so far this season.
