Tova Sundberg (Sundbyberg, SWE) won 7-4 over Rebecka Thunman (Uppsala, SWE) in the Final of the Swedish Junior Championships, held December 6 - 9, 2018 in Ostersund, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Sundberg won 8-7 over Emma Moberg (Mjolby, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2019 Swedish Junior Championships in Ostersund, Sweden;
 
Sundberg finished 2-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sundberg defeated Nilla Hallstroem (Harnosand, SWE) 10-3, then went on to lose 6-5 against Thunman. Sundberg responded with a 8-2 win over Smilia Lundqvist (Harnosand, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Swedish Junior Championships Championship title, Sundberg earned 11.981 world rankings points. For week 17 of the event schedule, Sundberg did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Sundberg ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
