Muirhead finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Muirhead defeated Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) 8-4, then won 5-3 against Kristie Moore (Lethbridge, AB). Muirhead went on to lose 9-2 against Jones. Muirhead responded with a 6-4 win over Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Muirhead earned 35.613 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Boost National, remaining in 9th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 12.489 after improving upon their best so far this season.
