Lindsay Hudyma (Vancouver, BC) finished 1-4 in the 10 team Kamloops Crown of Curling qualifying round, held October 25 - 27 at the Kamloops Curling Club in Kamloops, Canada. In their opening game, Hudyma lost 5-3 to Melissa Pierce (Edmonton, AB), droppimg another game, 8-2 to Siyu Han (Changchun, CHN). Hudyma lost 7-3 to Morgayne Eby (Vernon, BC) where Hudyma responded with a 4-3 win over Diane Gushulak (Vancouver , BC). Hudyma went on to lose 7-5 against Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Hudyma earned 1.110 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, dropping 2 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 82nd place overall with 45.001 total points. Hudyma ranks 90th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 15.455 points earned so far this season.
