Wark finished 5-0 in the 10 team Kamloops Crown of Curling qualifying round, held October 25 - 27 at the Kamloops Curling Club in Kamloops, Canada. In their opening game, Wark defeated Morgayne Eby (Vernon, BC) 7-6, then won 6-3 against Karla Thompson (Kamloops, BC) and 6-5 against Brette Richards (Kelowna, BC). Wark won 8-2 against Diana Margarian (Russia), then won 8-3 against Han in their final qualifying round match.
