In their opening game, Bowles lost 1-0 to Sarah Daniels (British Columbia), droppimg another game, 9-4 to Maeve Calhoun (British Columbia) where Bowles responded with a 8-3 win over Amy Wheatcroft (British Columbia). Bowles went on to lose 8-7 against Sophie Brissette (British Columbia) in their final qualifying round match.
