Tran/Sluchinski responded with a 7-0 win over Michelle Englot/Derek Schneider (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Tran/Sluchinski earned 15.746 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Highland Mixed Doubles Classic, remaining in 668th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 20.264 total points.
